No matter your fitness level Aquacize is for you. If you are new to exercise Aquacize offers a low impact workout program that is easy on the joints, you will see improved flexibility, increased endurance, and overall sense well being. You will see the same fun friendly faces each week, so come on down and give us a try. | |

Group Fitness | |

If you love our summer Aquacize class then you’ll love Group Fitness! Instructor Charmayne Monday will lead the class through a variety of low impact exercises including aerobics, strength training, stomach and glut work. Participants will need a floor mat, 1 – 3 lb. weights, a small kick ball, water, hand towel, and exercise bands. | |
