Tables & Chairs
Tables and chairs are included when renting the Community Center or Activity Room, no additional fee is required. All renters are responsible for table and chair set up and breakdown, please allow sufficient time within the rental for set up, breakdown, decorating, and cleaning. Tables may be rented for off site use for $10.00 each per day, chairs may be rented for $1.00 each per day. A security deposit of $100.00 will be charged off site table and chair rental.
Security and Key Deposit
A security deposit of $100.00 for District residents and $350.00 for non-residents will be charged for all facility uses. A deposit of $10.00 will be charged for each set of keys distributed to the renting party.
General Fee Policy
It is the policy of the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District that any group utilizing District facilities shall reimburse the District for any direct costs associated with the group’s use of the facility.
Insurance
The District must be named as additionally insured on the company’s insurance. Permit fees are separate from insurance fees. The renter is responsible for procuring private insurance. AMPRD can help broker a policy with Alliant Insurance.
