Security and Key Deposit
A security deposit of $100.00 will be charged for all facility uses. A deposit of $10.00 will be charged for each set of keys distributed to the renting party.

It is the policy of the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District that any group utilizing District facilities shall reimburse the District for any direct costs associated with the group’s use of the facility.
Insurance
The District must be named as additionally insured on the company’s insurance. Permit fees are separate from insurance fees. The renter is responsible for procuring private insurance. AMPRD can help broker a policy with Alliant Insurance.
