Rental Application

Complete the correct form for the type of facility that you will be reserving.  The correct form must be completed and submitted with the required deposit in order to reserve the facility.  Download Rental Application

Types of Payment Accepted

Cash

Cash payments are only accepted at the District Office.  Please do not mail cash.

Check

Checks may be made out to AMRPD.  Checks may be mailed to 1415 Rushden Drive, Sacramento, CA 95864.

Visa or Mastercard

Visa or Mastercard payments are accepted in our office or by phone, 916.487.7851.  A registration form or rental application must be on file in order to make a payment over the phone.
